EBITDA is one representation of a company's cash flow. It attempts to nullify a company's capital structure and add back non-cash expenses such as depreciation and amortization.

Enterprise Value

$400K to $8M

Enterprise Value - a company's valuation based on a variety of factors

Enterprise Value is usually calculated based on a company's cash flow (EBITDA) while taking into account other qualitative and quantitative factors
